CCS SCIENCE OLYMPIADS
ALL ABOUT THE CLUB
The CCS Science Olympiad club is a group from Clinton Senior High School representing students from grades 9-12. This club is for students who love science and are willing to work hard to achieve a collective goal. The club advisors are Ms. Meredith Callaghan and Mrs. Kathleen Washburn, both outstanding teachers in the Chemistry and Biology departments. Our team traditionally goes to two competitions, the Fayetteville-Manlius Invitational and the Regional Competition. However, in 2019, for the first time in school history, our team placed 3rd at the Regional Competition moving them on to the State Competition. This State-bound legacy continued for the 2020 and 2021 seasons and will hopefully inspire future generations to work hard and have a winning mentality.
